MechPro Experts Auto Solutions LLP ("MechPro", "we", "us" or "our") provides a technology and coordination service that helps customers, brokers, workshops and other authorised participants exchange information and follow an accident claim and repair.

Depending on the claim, MechPro may help collect documents, record accident information, coordinate towing or workshop assignment, share updates, present estimates and insurer decisions, and maintain a claim record.

The services available for a particular claim depend on the insurer, policy, location, vehicle, workshop and other participants.

MechPro coordinates information and activity. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, MechPro is not the insurer, surveyor, loss assessor, repairer or decision-maker on policy coverage. The insurer, surveyor and workshop remain responsible for their own decisions, assessments and work.

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and upload documents you are entitled to share. You should check information read from a document before confirming it.

You authorise MechPro to share claim information with the people and organisations reasonably required to handle the request, including an authorised broker, insurer, surveyor, workshop, towing provider and MechPro team.

Policy coverage, cashless eligibility, deductions, claim approval, repair scope and settlement are decided by the relevant insurer or authorised professional. Estimates and expected dates may change after inspection, dismantling, parts availability or insurer review.

Do not treat an on-screen estimate, recommendation or status as a guarantee of approval, settlement amount or delivery date.

Any applicable charge will be shown or communicated before you are asked to accept it. Unless a screen or written agreement states otherwise, customers pay the workshop or service provider responsible for the work.

There is currently no service partner onboarding fee. If MechPro introduces future platform pricing, affected partners will be told in advance and the pricing will apply only after acceptance.

Keep access codes and account credentials secure. Do not use the platform to misrepresent a claim, upload unlawful material, access another person's information, interfere with the service or commit fraud. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law.

Insurers, surveyors, workshops, towing providers, payment services and communication providers operate under their own terms. MechPro is not responsible for an independent party's acts or omissions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruption or delay can occur. To the extent permitted by law, MechPro is responsible only for direct loss caused by its proven breach. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version and effective date appear at the top. We will give notice and request fresh acceptance before a material change affecting pricing, user responsibilities or personal data applies to an existing user.

Indian law applies. Subject to applicable consumer rights and any written agreement that provides another process, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
